Oh…Where is My Hairbrush?
School begins after I’ve been running around the classroom for an hour and a half. So, by the time my kids see me, I’m already sweaty. I’ve already hit the point of I-Can’t-Stand-My-Hair-Touching-Any-Part-Of-My-Face so I’ve bobby pinned the life out of it.
My break/planning period is from 12:30 to 1. Because we took a staff picture after school, I rushed home to brush my hair out and reapply my lipstick. When I returned to class, I felt like runway model. One student blew me a kiss. One winked at me. One raised her hand and then said “Your hair is beautiful!”
I should brush it more often.
