Nutella Peanut-Butter Cups
I am always looking for yummy things that will delight people - but that are also very simple. Here's my latest trick! Spray oil on some tiny papers used for miniature muffins or other little treats. Then plop in a dab of peanut-butter. The kind I get here isn't sweet, so maybe a "natural" kind in America would work. Then plop on some Nutella which you can find in the States. It's a sweet hazelnut spread that is almost like chocolate. Here's the hard part: put them in the fridge over-night or the freezer for an hour or two. (I love them most when they are frozen.) Now you have your own version of peanut-butter cups. Perfect for kids or for a bridal shower or for... well, anything!
Helpful hints:
a) I use my Pampered Chef tool for frosting. It makes everything even more pretty.
b) If you use spoons, before you put your goodies in the fridge, put them in the oven for a few minutes to melt and settle.
