The Sun in My Eyes
My office window looks east. A tad to the south, but mostly east. My office is fairly small. Stick a piano, a large desk, a chair and a book shelf in it - and everything fits Just So... leaving me with the delightful pleasure of having to sit facing the window. Horses in the back ground to the far right. Large trees not too far off, and a tiny garden closer than that. It's really nice. So, I want my window blinds open. Even if that means fighting the morning sun to see the computer or anything else on my desk.
That sun consumes my vision. Which brings "Be Thou My Vision" to the forefront of my mind. If God could consume everything I see...
nought be all else to me, save that Thou Art...
